Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and juta888 ("Platform"). This document governs the use of the website, account, gaming services and all related features provided by juta888.

User Eligibility

To register and use juta888 services, users must fully meet the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be under duress or coercion at the time of registration.

juta888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users are required to provide a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or a valid related document when requested. Failure to produce such documents may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account on juta888. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same name, phone number, email or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and their balances forfeited.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This includes any bets placed, financial transactions and settings changes made. juta888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access if the user fails to keep their login details confidential.

Account passwords must be unique and must not be shared with any other party. Users are advised to change their password regularly and to use a strong combination consisting of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The juta888 platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for each method is RM50.

Withdrawals may be requested once wagering requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. juta888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.

Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or the relevant cryptocurrency.
• The cryptocurrency exchange rate is determined at the time the transaction is processed.
• juta888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Any taxes or fees imposed by e-wallet providers or banks are the responsibility of the user.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

juta888 offers various promotions to its users from time to time. A 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888 is the platform's main promotion.

The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your account balance becomes RM200. You need to complete wagering of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Another example: a deposit of RM1,800 gives a bonus of RM888, making the balance RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• juta888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or an attempt at fraud.
• Other promotions such as VIP weekly cashback, birthday rewards and the referral programme have their own terms that are displayed when the relevant offer is presented.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze tier up to 0.3%, Silver tier up to 0.5%, and Gold tier up to 0.8%.

Game and Betting Rules

All games offered at juta888 — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports betting and other games — have their own rules displayed within the relevant game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before starting to play.

Any bet that has been confirmed and submitted cannot be cancelled or changed. Game results are final and bound by the game logic of the relevant software provider. In the event of technical instability or disruption during a game, juta888 reserves the right to void the round and return the bet to the user's account.

The use of automated software (bots), third-party assistance tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• The user violates any part of these terms and conditions.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met and the verification process is complete.
